My commissions are not first come first serve, but selective! I do not reserve slots, nor have any waiting lists.

All assets are required before I can start on your commission!
Please have everything prepared before applying, as I preferer not to put your commission on hold. This applies to screens with artworks, panels with chibis or minimal just chatting overlays commissions.

All overlays are provided in 1920x1080 size. Game screen will be 16:9 if not specified otherwise by the commissioner at the begging of the work.

minimal just chatting overlays are only possible to commission if you have a custom background, like room etc. Please note I do not make those backgrounds! You need to have the background fully ready before commissioning me!

SKEB means there is no communication between artist and client through the process, and there are no revisions possible after final file delivery.

terms of service.
By commissioning me, you agrees to the following terms and conditions.

general.
I have a right to refuse any commission request.
Placing the order does not guarantee you a spot. Please look out for confirmation email from [email protected].
Client must provide clearly visible and full credits to Twitter account (@saurawr_) on any social media they are using the commissioned files.
I keep clients files on Drive for one month only. It is the client responsibility to save and safely store all commissioned files.
If the client wish me to use any asset (logo, screen arts, panels chibis, etc.) commissioned from other artist in my work, they are required to be fully done and provided while requesting a commission.
copyright & usage.
Clint must respect the purpose of commissioned files. Ex. please do not use Twitter banner on any other platforms then Twitter or do not use minimal in game overlay as a minimal chatting overlay.
Client must provide clearly visible and full credits to Twitter account (@saurawr_) on any social media they are using the commissioned files.
All goods provided by me to the client are for content creation use only, which means client is not authorized to sell, redistribute, teach AI, mine NFT or claim them as their own.
Please note I retain all rights to my designs and displaying them in my portfolio or social media after debut. If debut date is unknown, I reserve the right to public your commission after 2 months from delivering.
I reserve the right to stream the process of your commission or post it's spoilers on my social media/portfolio. If you wish your commission to stay fully private until debut, a NDA fee will be charged.
Client does not acquire the rights to redistribute, modify, copy or cut out any of commissioned works unless discussed otherwise with me.
Client can not request me to use a photo/drawing/etc. they do not have rights to.
I do not take responsibilities if provided by the client goods will violent any copyrights.
work process.
Commissions can take up to 3 weeks. Please keep that in mind regarding your deadlines.
Here the client can check the process of their commission.
Client will be updated with any progress, so please restrain from over asking about the commission status.
Client will receive one concept draft based on provided by them references to confirm satisfaction of the visual direction.
Revisions are allowed in the making process. Client have 3 free revisions. Every other edits or changes made after sending out the final files to the client, will be charged additionally.
payment.
All payments are done in US dollars.
Commissions below $100 are payed fully upfront.
Commissions above $100 can be payed 50% upfront and 50% later, but before sending the finial files. Please specify so before the payment.
Payment is done thru Ko-fi commissions. You can choose at the checkout whether to pay by Stripe or PayPal.
If the client is a company or an individual obligated to have an invoice, please specify this while requesting your commission.
refunds & cancellation.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time if I cannot complete it for any reason. Full refund will be provided.
Client is free to cancel the commission if I haven't started working on it yet.
If the client decided to cancel a commission that has been already started, will be charged a cancelations fee based on hours worked.
If the client commission few things and decide to cancel one of them after I already sent it's draft, will also be charged a cancelation fee. However, client is free of charge to cancel it before I'll begin my work on that asset.
There are no refunds possible after delivering final project files.
rush orders.
If you have a strict deadline you can request a rush order and your commission will be complete in 1-3 days.
Please check if I'm available for a rush order before requesting it.
Rush order will add a 50 - 100% fee of the total order price depending on deadline and workload.
Rush orders are payed fully upfront.
loyalty program.
Returning clients are always welcomed back, even when my commissions are closed.
Returning clients get 5% off every new order.
New clients referred by my previous customers gets 5% off their first order.
Every 5 referrals, you will get a $30 coupon to spend on any of my services. This does not stack, you cannot use more than one coupon at an order. You can use the coupon only on orders above $30.

Packages & overlays commissions are open only once a month and they are selective, not FCFS.
Commissions for the rest of the assets are available depending on my workload and are FCFS.
If commissioning few assets at one please pick PACKAGES form! Do not fill out each form separately if requesting more then one asset. PACKAGES form also applies to premade packages requests.
For thumbnails please contact me directly via Twitter. They are always open.
If the tile is green, click on it and fill out the form carefully!
If accepted you will receive an email from [email protected] with proposal regarding dates and final prices.
If not accepted you won't be notified. You can try applying once I'm open again next month. Please note I may just not accepted you due to the fact that I’m not always feeling comfortable in every theme. If you are unsure whether your theme suits me, feel free to DM me!
After accepting my proposal you can relax and wait for your starting date to come. I'll contact you as soon as your commission will be started to settle up the payment. We will work with constant communication through the process until final delivery.
